*Please be aware that our standard Return Policy has changed for Costumes during the month of October


October 1st - October 31st: Customers have 10 days from receipt (delivery) of their costume to return or exchange for a refund. All costumes must be postmarked within ten (10) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Costumes received after 10 days will be eligible for store credit within the standard 60 day return window. Item(s) must be in original unused condition and all tags, cards, boxes and/or bags must be included with your return. 


Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours of the time that the order was placed. *Only Monday-Friday. If an order is placed on Saturday, the order will ship on the following Monday. 

All orders are shipped through USPS: USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Express 1-2 Day

Provided that the product meets certain criteria, customers can expect to receive a refund that includes the cost of the products. *Any original shipping fees are not refundable. The criteria are as follows:

  • 60-Day Return Window: We allow up to 60 days from the date you originally received the item to return it in its original condition. The product must contain original packaging, labels, and tags still attached and intact. The return must be postmarked (shipped) on/before the 60 day window to be eligible for a return. 
  • FREE Returns: NO restocking fees ever!!
  • FREE Return Shipping:  Get the convenience of generating your own return label and get FREE return shipping options at checkout. *U.S. Customers Only.
  • Original Condition: Products must be in their unopened and original condition.  All products must have tags still attached and no stains, body odor, deodorant, smoke, or other aspects of being worn. 
  • Non-Returnable Items: Body stocking & fishnet lingerie, G-string Bikini’s (for sanitary and hygienic reasons), clearance items, beauty products, and panties.
  • Clearance Items: Products listed and purchased in the CLEARANCE tab of our website are not eligible for refund. Clearance items are final sale!
  • One Return Per Order: Each order can only be returned once. You cannot have multiple returns at different times for one order. For example, customers can’t return one item and then a few days later return another item from that same order.
  • REFUSED MERCHANDISE DISCLAIMER: Products will be inspected upon receipt at Julbie. All products must arrive in their original un-worn condition with tags attached, and must include the original packaging. If merchandise contains dust, pet hair, odor, deodorant, body makeup, glitter, perfume, or other defects, your merchandise will be refused. REFUSED merchandise will not be refunded.  



At checkout, you are prompted to choose shipping methods that are services to get your products to your doorstep. Each shipping method has its own return policy option. Depending on the method you select, you could either have FREE Shipping on returns or be charged $4.00 for the cost of your return shipping label. The $4.00 covers the cost of your prepaid shipping label. If you select an option with $4.00, the shipping label will be processed and deducted from the total cost of your refund. The $4.00 is only deducted IF you return your order using our shipping label. Our current shipping methods are as follows:

FREE Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days & $4.00 Return Shipping Label IF customer uses Julbie prepaid shipping label

USPS (First Class): 3-4 business days, FREE Shipping on Returns

USPS (Flat Rate): 4 business days, $4.00 Return Shipping Label IF customer uses Julbie prepaid shipping label

USPS (Priority): 2-3 business days, FREE Shipping on Returns

USPS (Express): 1-2 business days, FREE Shipping on Returns

If you are a Canadian customer, we offer the lowest prices in international shipping. Select from USPS First Class International, USPS Priority Mail International, or USPS Express International! Unfortunately, Canadian customers must pay for their own return shipping. Please see the return address below for which to send your item back. 



When returning your item, please use the original packaging that the order arrived in (poly bag or box).
