Is your packaging discreet?

Yes! Your order will be delivered in either a cardboard box or poly bag that contains NO branding or design, just a shipping label. 

Do you offer any special deals?

Do you accept checks and money order for payment?

No, Julbie only accepts payment through major debit and credit cards through Visa, American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, PayPal, and Apple Pay. 

Will you price match a product from another store?

Yes! As long as the product meets certain criteria, we will price match. Please see our Best Price Guarantee for more information. 

Do I have to pay for shipping on an exchange?

Nope! We will cover the cost of shipping to ship the revised item to you. Please contact our customer care team at admin@julbie.com, 1-800-887-0461, or chat for assistance with an exchange.
