Shipping & Returns

Julbie.com offers all customers the ability to return or exchange their product if they are not satisfied with their purchase. Provided that the product meets certain criteria, customers can expect to receive a full refund. The criteria are as follows:

  • 60-Day Return Window: We allow up to 60 days from the date you originally received the item to return it in its original condition. The product must contain original packaging, labels, and tags still attached and intact.
  • Original Condition: We do not allow returns for the following products that are not in their unopened and original condition: body stocking & fishnet lingerie (for sanitary and hygienic reasons), and panties.

Return Directions:

1) Send an email to admin@Julbie.com with the subject titled "RETURN". Include your Order # in the main body of the email.

2) Provide a description of why you will be returning the product. If the item is damaged, providing a picture of the damaged item is helpful for validating the reasons for the return.

3) Purchase a pre-paid mailing label and mail your package through a reliable traceable delivery service to:

4) Off it goes! Keep your tracking number and email it to us so we can keep track of the shipment.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to process and inspect the return package before receiving your money back.

4) Upon receipt and inspection, Julbie will ship the customer (free of charge) the preferred item. Customers will receive follow-up information to track the status of their exchanged item.

5) Exchanges take approximately 10 days from the point the customer ships the item to when Julbie mails the item to the customer

Shipping

We currently only ship within the U.S. and internationally to Canada.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. USPS offers First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Shipping. These are the USPS services that Julbie offers. Depending on the weight of your order, the shipping option may be selected for you. These are very cheap rates and we have selected these compared with many other shipping competitors.

We currently ship through USPS only.
